While VIDIZMO works fine with a single machine scenario, we recommend a separate app, DB server and encoder for the most optimum performance.
📄️ How frequently do you release software updates
VIDIZMO follows a structured release cycle to ensure stability while meeting customer needs. We deploy patches with bug fixes and enhancements as frequently as needed based on customer requirements. However, as part of our regular deployment schedule, we release updates every two weeks after the completion of our sprint cycle. This approach allows us to maintain a reliable and up-to-date platform while ensuring that urgent fixes and improvements are promptly addressed.
📄️ Is the global infrastructure architecture distributed or central
VIDIZMO supports both, distributed and centralized architectures.

VIDIZMO has an uptime of 99.9%. However, to avoid unscheduled downtimes, high availability databases are used. These databases are configured in such a way that single points of failure are eliminated and the databases are optimized to ensure that you do not experience an interruption in service or degradation in user experience when hardware or networks fail.
